Some other failed promises not mentioned by NST:
* declaration of Assemblyperson and MPs' assets
* appoint Opposition Councilors according to vote shares in state election
* include Tamil and Chinese names in road signs
* cancel parking fee in the evening and weekends
* support Penang's heritage
* stop local government's corruption
* support independent media-state is about to start a `mouthpiece' media soon
* meritocratic appointments for GLC/government positions -appointments seems non-transparent eg Museum Board members
* local governments' sub-committee meetings still not open to public
* no plan for live broadcast of state assembly seating yet
