Our CM

I was attended a dinner function, organized by the local residents few days ago. The function started at 8.00pm, fair enough, as to our standard ‘Chinese time’. All the VIPs, for example x-ADUN of that area, party leaders (off course it’s not from PR) are there waiting from 7.30pm. How about the PR side? CM has sent his special assistant to attend. There are nothing wrong, right?

Let’s just continue.

The dinner goes well, as expected there will be not much talking between those two ‘gang’ of people. Until around 9.45pm, the VIPs started to leave, as they are heading to their own function after it. Once they left, the special assistants quickly stand up, not to greed the VIPs who is leaving, but to make a call to CM. Just in 5 minutes time, the CM came out from his car and started to move into the main table. As usual, he will shake hand to the people whenever he walks by, except a red carpet for him.

The entertainment was stop a while just to make a move for CM speech. From what I know, the organizing committees never plan for any speech in this even. What have changed their mine, I guess you have the answer.

The speech contain are exactly the same as when the period of the 12th GE. Now, they have won the election, why the speech still shooting on the x-government? The more I listen, the more I feel sick of him. The speech, takes about 25 minutes, and he never plan to stop, until the organizing committee send him a note request him to stop. Immediate after his speech, he left the place and heading to his CM house.

You see, the time of his arrival already so late, and the speech took so long, making the event drag for so late. If he’s really that busy, can just refused to come, why making all those hassle? As a CM, can’t he feel guilty on making all of us so tired?

Next time, if I have been told that CM is attending some event which I will be going too, sorry, I’ll make my self excuse not to attend, for the sake of CM.

The resident
